Contact information is used solely to allow the dealer to follow up regarding your submission.

This information is used for security, troubleshooting, and service reliability purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

Information collected through the Service is used to:

• Process VIN lookups and vehicle submissions
• Deliver vehicle submission details to the dealer
• Enable dealer follow-up communication
• Operate, maintain, and improve the Service

We do not sell personal information.

4. Data Storage and Access

Vehicle-related data such as VINs and vehicle photos are stored within the application environment and are accessible only to:

• The car dealer, for vehicle submission review purposes
• Authorized technical administrators, solely for security, troubleshooting, and service reliability

IP address information is collected for security and operational purposes and is accessible only to authorized technical administrators. IP addresses are not shared with the car dealer.

Contact information (email and/or phone number) is not stored in the application’s database. It is delivered directly to the dealer via email and retained only within the dealer’s email system.

Vehicle photos are stored using secure cloud storage and are accessed through the application when requested. Photos included in dealer emails are provided as links, not embedded files.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service uses trusted third-party services to operate, including:

• VIN decoding services
• Email delivery services
• Cloud infrastructure and secure file storage providers
• Security, performance, and traffic protection services

These providers receive only the information necessary to perform their function and operate under their own privacy and security policies.

6. VIN Data Accuracy

Vehicle information is retrieved from third-party VIN decoding sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of VIN-based data and recommend independent verification of vehicle details.

7. Data Retention

Submission data stored within the application is retained only as long as necessary for operational purposes. Vehicle photos and related submission data may be periodically deleted as part of normal data management practices.

Dealer emails may retain submission records independently. Photo links contained in those emails may become inaccessible once associated files are deleted from the Service.

8. Your Choices

You may:

• Choose not to submit optional information
• Contact the dealer to request removal of information retained in dealer records, subject to applicable obligations

9. Children’s Privacy

This Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. This statement is provided as a precautionary measure, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

10. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect submitted information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

However, no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. This limitation applies to all digital systems due to evolving security threats, network dependencies, and the nature of internet-based communication.
